These 2 vawts were my first try at a wind turbine.
It all started in September 2007, I truly did not know much regarding rpm, tok, inertia , centrifugal force, Mass, blade balance, electro magnets, dc motors...etc.. And now after one year I have built 10 different style VAWTs and I think I understand enough to get me by.
So this turbine is somewhat special for a special start.
They wre the hardest to build and more expensive but I lean my lessons,
They did not go past 100 rpm at 30 kmh, for a water pump they would be ok.
